Question by Carlos R: Why can’t I load the Live Search Club home page when I am signed into Windows Live?
I have tried to work three different accounts and none of them. When I log into my Windows Live account and then try the Live Search Club site or game site to go for that matter, it’s just a blank white screen with no load bar. I’ve tried three different browsers, but that does not work.

i don’t understand why you want two live searches going at the same time. It may be that your computer wont take. or cant. If you wait for a while the white screen may give you what you wants. First is has to finish with the first live search before it can move on to the second. I am looking for a home and i also sometimes use two programs. it bogs my computer to a standstill… just be realy patient

I’ve been having the same issue, can’t log in, screen stuck on Retrieving Puzzles. I tried to send a msg through Live Search Club website and it wouldn’t send… said offensive language… and there was none. My Macromedia is up to date and my cache/temp files are cleaned out every time I load my browser. I think they just don’t want people inquiring and have purposely set the games and log-in to not load so they don’t have to give away the prizes as often. I used to be able to log in just fine. Now that I’ve sent for a few prizes I’m having problems. Seems to be happening to my friends who play there too.
